What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all PlumBuddy products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will send you return instructions and a shipping label.

What Warranty Does PlumBuddy Come With?

All PlumBuddy products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers any defect in the product that occurs during normal use. If your device stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage from improper installation (the valve must be installed by a licensed plumber)
  • Damage from conditions outside the operating specifications (freezing, extreme heat, direct sunlight, standing water)
  • Damage from disassembling the valve/flow body assembly
  • Normal wear on batteries (batteries are consumable and user-replaceable)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Do I Need to Pay a Monthly Subscription?

No. The PlumBuddy mobile app is free to download and use. There are no monthly or annual subscription fees for monitoring your devices, receiving alerts, or controlling your valve remotely. All core features — leak detection, automatic shutoff, remote valve control, water usage charts, and push notifications — are included with your device purchase.

Can I Order Replacement Parts?

If you need a replacement USB-C cable, power adapter, battery, or other accessory, contact our support team. They can arrange for replacement parts to be shipped to you.
